Our Current Weekly Programs:

Wednesday Afternoon Run Program

We offer Wednesday afternoon runs varying from 2km to 10k. Click on the link above for a detailed program. We meet at the Club rooms on North Road, Albany, for a 5.15pm warm up followed by a 5.30pm run start. Your runs will be timed and recorded. Any level runner is wlecome.


Saturday Morning Track & Field Program

We offer Saturday morning Track and Field events. First event starts at 8.45am sharp. We work together with the Albany Little Athletics Club to provide a 2 week rotation program. Click on the Link above for a full detailed program. Which include the following events: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin and Hurdles. Come and try them all or pick your favourite events. 

 

 

To Register for this years 2017/2018 Track & Field and/or Wedensday Afternoon Run you must be 13 years and older.

Winter Cross Country Program

Our Winter Cross Country Program commences in April 2018. We offer running options of 2km, 4km or 6km at various locations around Albany and Denmark
